Support is available to all customers through the Portal. Ticket Status
Support tickets move through statuses such as Open, Pending, and Resolved. You can view the current status and all responses from the Support page. Reply directly in the ticket thread to add more information.

Reopen Ticket
If a resolved ticket needs further attention, you can reopen it from the Support page. Add a new reply explaining why the issue persists. Reopening within a few days is usually faster than creating a new ticket.

Attach Logs
When reporting a compiler issue, attach the output of pyvorin doctor and the verbose compile log. Do not attach source code unless support explicitly requests it. Command text is redacted by default when using pyvorin report-bug.
