Subscriptions Overview
Your subscription controls compile credits, device limits, support level, and optional Edge entitlement. View your current plan, renewal date, and usage from the Subscription page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the same page.

Upgrading Plan
To upgrade your plan, go to Subscription and select a higher-tier plan. The billing provider may issue a prorated charge or credit. Higher limits usually take effect immediately.

Downgrading Plan
To downgrade, choose a lower-tier plan from the Subscription page. If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you may need to revoke devices or wait until the next billing cycle. Changes typically take effect at the next renewal.

Cancelling Subscription
You can cancel your subscription from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. After cancellation, licence keys may stop working when the subscription ends.

Trial Conversion
If your plan includes a trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. Add a payment method before the trial ends to avoid interruption. You can view the trial end date on the Subscription page.
