Operational draft

This page is an operational draft prepared for the Pyvorin staging pilot. It does not constitute final legal advice and has not been approved by a solicitor. These terms must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before wider public launch or before entering into any enterprise contract.

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Pyvorin Portal and the Pyvorin compiler platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control, sanctions and intellectual-property laws.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware or any harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Harass, abuse, defame or harm others.
  • Send unsolicited communications or spam.
  • Mine cryptocurrency, run unauthorised network scans or conduct resource-intensive operations unrelated to the Service.
  • Process workloads that are illegal, infringe third-party rights or create material safety risks.

2. Licence keys, tokens and limits

You may not share, sell, publish, redistribute or otherwise make licence keys, API tokens or credentials available to third parties. You may not bypass, circumvent or interfere with any usage limits, rate limits, authentication or billing controls. If a key is compromised, you must revoke it and notify us immediately.

3. Reverse engineering and platform integrity

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Pyvorin platform or associated software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not use the Service to probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities outside the route described in our Vulnerability Disclosure policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You must ensure that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any laws. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this policy.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, disabling keys, reporting illegal activity to authorities and cooperating with law enforcement.

6. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, contact us at support@pyvorin.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
