Operational draft

This page is an operational draft prepared for the Pyvorin staging pilot. It does not constitute final legal advice and has not been approved by a solicitor. These terms must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before wider public launch or before entering into any enterprise contract.

This Privacy Policy explains how Pyvorin Portal and the Pyvorin compiler platform collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use our services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, billing details and any content you upload. We also collect technical data including IP address, browser type, device identifiers and usage logs.

When you use the compiler, we process source code and related files that you submit. We do not use that content to train models or for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, unless you expressly consent.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process payments, communicate with you, ensure security, comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers that help operate the platform (listed in our Subprocessors page), or when required by law, court order or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences and analyse usage. See our Cookies page for details.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Diagnostic logs are retained in accordance with our Data Processing page.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Contact us at support@pyvorin.com to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. See our Security page for more information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We primarily host data in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. If we transfer personal data outside these areas, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or by email.
