Operational draft

This page is an operational draft prepared for the Pyvorin staging pilot. It does not constitute final legal advice and has not been approved by a solicitor. These terms must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before wider public launch or before entering into any enterprise contract.

This Licence Agreement applies to the Pyvorin platform, compiler runtime, client tools, documentation and any other software or code provided through Pyvorin Portal (the "Software").

1. Grant of licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes or as otherwise permitted by your subscription plan.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify or create derivative works of the Software except as expressly permitted.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Software or any licence key.
  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, legends or labels.
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.
  • Circumvent or disable any licence, usage or security controls.

3. Ownership

All rights, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights, remain with us or our licensors. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of source code and other materials that you upload or process using the Service.

4. Open-source components

Certain components of the Software may be governed by open-source licences. In the event of a conflict between these terms and an applicable open-source licence, the open-source licence terms prevail for that component. A list of key open-source components and their licences is available on request.

5. Licence keys

Licence keys, API tokens and credentials are issued to you personally or to your account. You may not share them. You are responsible for use made with your keys. We may revoke keys that are leaked, misused or used outside permitted limits.

6. Termination

The licence is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession or control.

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
