Terms of Service

Last updated 23 June 2026

Operational draft

This page is an operational draft prepared for the Pyvorin staging pilot. It does not constitute final legal advice and has not been approved by a solicitor. These terms must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before wider public launch or before entering into any enterprise contract.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pyvorin Portal, the Pyvorin compiler platform and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, that business is bound by these terms.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@pyvorin.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that appear to be compromised.

3. Subscriptions, credits and licence keys

Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. Fees are billed in advance. Licence keys, API tokens and credits are personal to your account and may not be shared, resold or transferred unless expressly permitted. We may disable keys that are leaked, shared or used outside permitted limits.

4. Trial limits

Free or trial accounts are subject to usage, feature and duration limits shown at sign-up or in your account. When a trial expires, you must purchase a subscription to continue using paid features. We may terminate or downgrade trial accounts that exceed limits or appear to abuse the trial.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaches may result in suspension, termination, reporting to authorities and forfeiture of credits.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of source code, data and other materials that you upload or process using the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

All rights, title and interest in the Pyvorin platform, software, documentation, trademarks, designs and trade secrets remain with us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Confidentiality and beta features

Beta and pilot features are provided on an evaluation basis. Unless otherwise agreed, you may not publicly benchmark, review or disclose details of beta features. Additional terms in our Beta Pilot Terms apply.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms should be sent to support@pyvorin.com.
