Beta Pilot Terms

Last updated 23 June 2026

Operational draft

This page is an operational draft prepared for the Pyvorin staging pilot. It does not constitute final legal advice and has not been approved by a solicitor. These terms must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before wider public launch or before entering into any enterprise contract.

These Beta Pilot Terms apply if you have been invited to participate in the Pyvorin staging pilot or any beta programme (the "Pilot"). They supplement our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

1. Pilot purpose

The Pilot lets selected users evaluate new features, integrations and compiler capabilities before general release. Participation is by invitation only and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Feature limitations

Pilot features may be incomplete, experimental or subject to change without notice. They may have lower availability, fewer support guarantees and different usage limits than generally available features. Pilot features may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.

3. Confidentiality and feedback

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you agree not to publicly disclose details of Pilot features, publish benchmarks or reviews, or share access with non-participants. We welcome feedback, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your feedback to improve the Service.

4. Data and migration

Data processed during the Pilot may not be migrated to production accounts. We may delete Pilot data when the Pilot ends. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep.

5. No warranty and limited support

Pilot features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not covered by any service-level target.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these Pilot terms or terminate your participation at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

Pilot questions should be directed to support@pyvorin.com.
