Billing and Invoices
Pyvorin subscriptions are billed through Stripe or Paddle, depending on your region and plan. Viewing invoicesGo to Billing in the Portal to see invoices, payment status, and line items. You can download PDFs for paid and open invoices. Payment methodsUpdate cards or direct debit details through the billing provider portal linked from the Billing page. Failed paymentsIf a payment fails, you will receive an email reminder. Open invoices can be paid manually from the invoice page or through a signed public payment link. Cancelling a subscriptionFrom Subscription, choose Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. RefundsRefund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Contact support for refund requests.

Payment Declined
If your payment is declined, the invoice remains open and you receive an email notification. Update your payment method from the Billing page and retry the payment. If the card continues to decline, contact your bank or use a different payment method.

Invoice Download
You can download invoice PDFs from the Billing page. Open the invoice list.Click the invoice number.Click Download PDF. Invoices are generated by the billing provider. If a recent invoice is missing, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Open a support ticket from the Billing category and include the invoice number and reason for the request. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the default payment method. If the renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period. Update your payment method during this period to avoid interruption.

Prorated Charges
When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, the billing provider may issue a prorated credit or charge. Prorated amounts appear as line items on the next invoice. Contact support if a prorated charge looks incorrect.
