Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Portal account.

Enable 2FA from the Security page. You will need an authenticator app that supports TOTP. After setup, sign-in attempts require both your password and a time-based code.

Keep your recovery codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your authenticator, you will need them to recover your account.
